Our small group size (maximum of 10) means that you will have the opportunity to meet and get to know others in your group while you experience the beauty of the Freycinet Peninsula. You will rest your head at Friendly Beaches Lodge for the duration of the walk - our award winning sustainable accommodation, tucked away in Freycinet National Park. The layout of the lodge means you can take time to rest and relax in your own company, or spend time connecting with other walkers in the group.

We also guarantee you a private room (view our rooms here) giving you space to retreat for some r&r as you need it. Travel is all about balance after all!
What’s more, you’re based at our beautiful Friendly Beaches Lodge, so bring your luggage, camera, perhaps a book or two – it will all be waiting for you at the end of your day on the track! We do not charge a single supplement and are happy to tailor your experience to you. If you’d like to spend time getting to know our guides, they love to share their knowledge, but if you’d rather rest and reflect in your own company - that’s OK too!
Your itinerary, meals and accommodation are organised from start to finish so you can leave the planning to us and use your time to unplug, disconnect and immerse yourself in our sublime Peninsula! Along the way, our team is there for you – to celebrate your triumph in reaching the summit of Mt Graham, or plan your solo property walk if spending a day back at the lodge – it’s your experience and your pace.
Our pickup and drop off service from The Old Woolstore in Hobart’s CBD means there’s no need to navigate a new city to find us - we come to you. We’re the locals, this is the backyard that we know and love and it’s a joy to share it with solo travellers from all walks of life.
